We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 60 countries. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in those countries.
How do you ship packages?
We have warehouses in several different locations and the packages will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
What Countries do you ship to?
We provide free shipping to more than 60 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
|Location||*Estimated Shipping Time|
|United States||10-20 Business days|
|Canada, Europe||15-20 Business days|
|Australia, New Zealand||15-30 Business days|
|Mexico, Central America, South America||20-30 Business days|
*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.
*Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors and is a estimate only, and are not guaranteed.
*The following cases should be taken into consideration regarding shipping times:
1. Weight and dimensions of a package
2. Place of Dispatch
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, if your order has tracking information available. You will receive an email from us once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. Just to let you know, not all orders have tracking information. That is due to what country you are from. Some shipping companies don’t provide tracking numbers for certain countries.
It is clear that all shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. That is usually the obligation of customers. Different countries have different tax rule on the imported goods. Therefore, it will be better if you know your county’s custom policies before your order in case of some troubles.
There are some responsibilities you should know about clearly who has to take once something unexpected happens.
If the items are detained by Customs after the shipment left the seller’s country, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.
It is the buyer’s responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
