Refunds & Returns Policy
Welcome to our Refunds and Return Policy page. Please contact us first before requesting an exchange or refund on the Contact Us page.
Please do not return the product to the manufacturer. We will work directly with you to process the return.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
We will accept returns on unopened or defective items within a 7 day period from delivery. You will have to pay a 30% restocking fee for unopened products, we can’t refund the shipping cost if there is any and the customer will have to pay for the return shipping. If the return is due to a defect, incorrect item shipped, or other error on our part, we will give you a full refund.
A receipt or proof of purchase, your shipping address, photos of defective items and send us a message on the Contact Us page. This is required part of the return.
Full refunds are NOT available under the following conditions:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Mei Stores (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of meistores.com
Upon receipt of your return we will email you to acknowledge receipt of the item and to provide confirmation of your refund or the reason for rejection if the refund is not approved. If the refund is approved you will receive an automatic credit to your credit card or other payment method.
Please allow 30 days from our confirmation for the refund to post to your account. If the refund has not posted after 30 days, contact your credit card company or bank to determine if it is still being processed on their end. If you have followed these steps and still have not received your refund, e-mail our support desk by sending us a message on the Contact Us page. Please note that only priced items can be refunded. Free products cannot be refunded.
The following items are NOT returnable:
- Free products
- Shipping costs
- Gift cards
We will replace defective or damaged items only. If you received a defective or damaged product and need a replacement, please provide photo proof, receipt of purchase and your shipping address and send us a message on the Contact Us page.
